Just like building a house, you need to build your online business with a firm, strong foundation.
And like building a house, a plan is absolutely necessary before you lay the first brick.
So, what do you need to plan?
One of the best trainings that I have found to answer this question is “12 Steps to Building a Better Business” by MyNAMS. I didn’t put it together, but I sure wish I had.
